Testimonials

“Chris is professional, knowledgeable and extremely passionate about what he does. He ensures you always know how to safely perform the movements and exercises you are doing and takes into account your overall health & fitness goals.”

Alana Bitmead

“I definitely would recommend Chris as I believe he is very knowledgeable, great at passing on that knowledge, the exercises he gives out combined with the way he shows how to do them (combined with the feedback to make sure they are done properly) make a big difference in improving his client’s recovery of which he is very passionate about.”

Bret Thomas

“I would definitely recommend Chris, I already have to a few people, his ability to customise exercise programs that targets problem areas is great, it allows me to self-monitor my progress and to be able to train at a pace that suits me. He is approachable and always happy to answer any questions that I have regarding my injuries or problems I might have in the gym regarding technique or alternative exercises if certain equipment wasn’t available.”

Nathan Triplett

“I approached Chris because he was recommended by my GP. I had continual lower back pain after multiple surgeries that was not responding to medication. Chris helped me by designing a specific exercise program to strengthen my muscles to support my spine. The result was little to no back pain, better posture and improved fitness. I found the experience daunting at first, but with Chris’s knowledge, expertise and caring nature I gained the confidence to continue with the program and achieve results. I would recommend Chris Anastasios Exercise Physiology to anyone who needs rehabilitation after surgery.”

Angela Taylor

“I have already recommended Chris to a few different people, & will continue you to do so. To me, Chris has the patience of a saint as I’m a bit of a question asker! I like to understand why we’re doing something & what the exercise is for. I feel I can be honest with him & if I start feeling a bit disheartened about my progress he gets me back on track.”

Susanne Winks

“Chris provided a high level of care and support. He contacted me outside of my consults to follow up on my injury and pain management. During our rehab sessions, Chris was intuitive and thorough when it came to correcting my technique. This resulted in an increase of strength in the affected leg and a quick return to equal weight bearing.”

Josie Argoon

“I found Chris very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. The exercises prescribed by Chris were straight forward and vastly different from ones prescribed by other health professionals. He explained that I needed to make the back muscles around the joint stronger to support the spine and reduce the pain and I should always have a stable and neutral spine when exercising. I had been given a lot of twisting stretches and exercises prior to seeing Chris and had suffered two major setbacks after surgery which lasted months. I have learned that if I have a flair up, over resting will not help my back or reduce the pain and that I need to be active but exercise with a stable neutral spine.”
